The Siemer architecture office in Trier designs, plans and constructs energy-efficient and sustainable buildings of all kinds.
As a designer, I will work together with the customer to develop solutions for the different questions of the project and to transform them creatively into a virtual building.
As a planner, I will plan the construction down to the smallest detail and develop the building for its use energy-saving and sustainable.
As a construction manager, I will monitor the implementation of the planning on site.
As a project manager, I plan, monitor and control the construction times and costs from the first hand sketch to the key handover.
Architecture is constantly evolving, and at the same time architecture is evidence of the creative and life of the past of thousands of years.
Through many years of experience as an architect, as well as through my training as a stonemason and stone sculptor, and the deepened study of architectural monumental care, I put my service on a broad foundation.
Architecture, the building of houses, is probably the most interesting work area of mankind. Because the architecture is what surrounds us daily, it is the manifestation of the desired design and transformation of our living space.
We are born in architecture, we eat in architecture and sleep in it, we dance, love, learn and work in architecture.
