House Hase, Trier

Detached house with granny annex, slope development

Behind the facade of Cortenstahl is the generous retirement age of the builders, who are connected to the metal and sheet metal processing. The house, which is situated on the steep slope, is entered via a courtyard on the upper floor on the street level. From the barrier-free upper apartment opens a wide view into the vineyards of the Brettenbachachtal. These are two separate apartments, one of which can be added to the main apartment. The low-energy building is mainly heated by solar thermal energy. A photovoltaic plant contributes to the generation of electricity.

Working group with Hannes Freising.
